Yea its called SVC Player (Screen\Video Capture Module by ADePSP)

no... just put capture in seplugins then put ms0:/seplugins/capture.prx in ur game.txt in seplugins then activate and press R+Note and make sure to see the videos u put SVC and SVC% in psp/game150

All it does it capture frames and make a gif.... :s
Unless its changed since i had it on 3.40 OE
