I Put The Vice City Stories Cheat Device And Then I Disabled It And Enabled The Nite Pr One And I Put Logans Shadoe On And The Screen That Says Tto Press Home Home + And - Never Came Up So I Delete It And I Delete The Vsc Cheat Device And It Still No Work And I Reinstall It And It Still No Work . The
prx is enabled.

go to recovery and see if everything is "Enabled"

VCS cheat device messes up nitePR, just reinstall everything in your seplugins folder, and don't use the VCS cheat device unless you really want to, but it may mess up nitePR again...

I reinstalled it and it is still not working and yes the prx is enabled
