Submissions are due in exactly 24 hours at the latest. (11pm EST, 11pm for your time-zone will be ok for this sotw since it wasn't clarified).

Voting will take place from Sunday morning at 12am, (or whenever I get the poll up), and will last until Tuesday night at 11:59pm

I guess only 10 people fit in a poll. So...if someone wants to vote for someone not in the poll, they post in the thread...and theyre name will be added into the poll, and someone with 0 votes will be taken off.
