mod as in changing the ISO/CSO? replace a car or something like that?....i dont think cheat device can do that !

no he said modding, ik for a fact that cheat device cant alter the iso...and thats what modding the game does, unless hes talkin about hacking it with nitePR lol...

well the cheatdevice can modify the map in gta, and it has its own cheatmaker so he could make some mods possibly? if hes talkin bout map mods the cheatdevice can do that? or nitePR if he knows how to mod with that. but i dont think hes talkin bout altering the iso

Modding can be anything, maybe he wants to mod the UMD case?
You call your gun hacks "Gun Mods" and that's not using a cheat device, you're just changing the RAM.

You can't "KNOW" what he means by moding, maybe your right, but you can't "KNOW".
