your very stupid. the electoral college chooses the president(representatives of all states, depending on the state size). Al Gore won the popular vote over Bush, yet he is our president, which to this day i believe is a mistake. the electoral college ultimately decides WHO becomes president, so if you are too uneducated to know that, do not speak.

Yea, popular vote does actually matter...but it all turns into electoral votes. If the power of the popular votes exceeds the electoral votes, than it goes to the popular vote...however, the electoral vote is much more powerful.
