laptop charger?

well, my laptop isnt that old and ive changer the charger....im on my second one!! but the first time my charger just craped out, now when i have it pluged in the brightness lvls of the screen go low then high, or vice versa!! anyone know how to fix this problem?
nvm, i fixed it!!....mod plz close this?
