=0 Not so bad. Ive frozen many times not during a game. Like just cuz i forgot to turn off infinte health at the end of the gm i freeze.

try it, you become an admin of the DM server and you can kick ppl from anywere even the lobby, and u can perma ban ppl too

Yes, you can freeze/ban people, or mute them. Stop them from entering certain games... Can't be kicked, some other stuff..
