i need help with my killzone liberation on line account

ok when ever i win a game my point and profile does not upgrade or update. my friends said a hacker lock my account but idk if hackers can do that. what do i do and how can i fix it??

and i did make another account it does the same thing

when did this start happening? cause if it happened a few weeks ago, its cause there is a bug on the server and killzone is trying to fix it so it'll be up and ready in about a week or so.

it's been doing it for almost a week and a half, but should i just not play it for a couple days?
