lol.... well the psp is cheap and has a great homebrew community
the ps vita is a lil more pricey but looks amazing
ps3 has great graphics and i good price for the quality.
ps2 is meh
ps1 it OG but you can play ps1 games on a psp ps3 and probably a ps vita

just buy em all
