actually, you can be charged for possession of child pornography just for sexting with someone underage. they actually told us that in school. xD. it's dumb, but it can happen.

Haha yea it does. It happened to one of the girls at our school. She sent her boyfriend pictures of her tits and they broke up and I guess he kept the picture or whatever... And she found out. So she ratted him out and her parents tried suing him. But his parents got some hot shot lawyer, and the lawyer turned around and had her nailed for distribution of child pornography. So she was tried as an adult and is now a registered sex offender. Sooooo it can definitely happen Mr. Whoisyou, So that means it time for you to regulate the pictures of your little girl friends on your phone. Because if you don't, the next thing you know... You can't live 3 miles within a school or day care. O_o
