Facts about having an Avatar

Ok for all those who may be new to the site and are/is probably wondering how or why you do not/can't put a personal Avatar, Here is why:

Avatars are ONLY allowed for: (as of now)
Administrators
Super Moderators
Moderators
VIP
H4CKER
etc.

(In other words, you have to be a staff member of the site to be allowed to have an Avatar...sorry)

Dont know why, but I guess SonniE and TWISTED made it that way.

Or

You can buy the option to allow you to have an Avatar at Vbux Plaza..not sure how many points tho. (Thanks to scruffy120 for letting me know)

Well..hope this thread stops people from asking questions about why they cant have an Avatar.
