Trashed some forums that were never used.
Move some others around.
Made others into subs rather than forums of their own.

Less crap now. More shit will probably be changed, idk.

Vbplaza was fully disabled. No need for points that can't be used. Putting an unnecessary load on the server.

Barely any positions changed.
Junior admin was trashed as it was pointless. - The admins are still admins.
Chatbox mods were trashed as it was pointless, they're just mods now, but don't have power over any specific section (yet). - The mods are still mods.
Dillon was always a mod, his display group was just set to GFX.

More forums trashed.
Various download sections from different categories combined into one Warez section.
Remains of the media section combined with PC section, subforums were changed as well.
Uploader group removed (sorry Kryss), I don't see any uploads, so no need for a group.

Forum permissions being edited, guests will be able to view all sections registered users can view.
