To start, Tact is gone. He had a fit and decided to quit. He later abused his access to the server (from working with the host) to delete himself from the database. No big problem, whatever.

Second, Armed has been demoted due to inactivity, he hasn't shown himself in ages.

Third, Myself and WS have been promoted to Super Administrators.
So that makes four of us (Sonnie, Pain, White Shadow, and Myself).

Fourth, Jr Admin usergroup was trashed, not longer needed.

Fifth, chatbox mod usergroup deleted, site is too small, so many groups are unnecessary.
Both chatbox mods were promoted to moderators, moderators now have shoutbox powers (don't abuse them -_-).
