Is there an Anti-Kick?

I know that Anti-Ban exists but is there an Anti-Kick code for this game because? I've tried kicking some people out that were kicking me out of my own game. I tried kicking them out before they kick me out and it says that the person has been kicked but are still their. I need to know and if there is please post it.

There is something similar to it.... it's called "Kick Delay", basically there's a 60 second timer between the time you kick them, and the time they actually leave, and they can always come back and do it again with Anti-Ban. For EU SFCO, it should only be 30 seconds.
