I try to make a psn network account or use an existing account but it wont let me.Please help! The second question isp if anyone could help me get codes for fifa 08.

What does it say when you try to make or use an existing account?

when I try to create a new one it says,"You cannot create a new account the maximum account number has been reched."Then I tried using my account and it said I cannot use psn with it so I tried my little brothers account but the same thing happened.
